After shooting with Chuck and Chris, we went over to the pond to see how many trout are still in there. I am told by the Trout Pond Committee Chairwoman, Alicia, that there are many trout still alive and some even hold over, which was a surprise to me. We got in a little fishing, until it suddenly started downpouring.
Chris caught this rainbow on a copper Kastmaster. It was his first ever rainbow. Nice catch!
I didn't catch any fish, but somehow hooked the flipper of this turtle with a dry fly. Does that still count as a skunking? Probably. We made turtle soup. Not really.
